Happy Substitute 5th Birthday Deeya!

Deeya's 5th birthday is June 25th.  She wanted to celebrate it with her class, so today was declared Deeya's Substitute Birthday!

Monday, May 18th

Avery is helping Claire sound out the words in the book "Max".

Avery and Claire are learning the names of the countries in South America.

Thursday, May 14th

Claire is strengthening her ability to follow multi-stepped instructions, gross motor skills, fine motor control, coordination skills, independence and concentration skills as she scrubs the table. 

Thursday, May 7th

Deeya is helping Claire sound out the words in the book "Max".

Wednesday, May 6th

Josie, a kindergarten student, is reading a book to the class.

Claire is strengthening her reading skills as she sounds out the words in the book "Max".

Friday, May 1st

Claire is working with the teen board.  She is strengthening her number recognition skills, rote counting, and understanding of greater than and less than.
